He would like to bring the little pieces of Touya that only Hawks seemed to know about, he would like to bring Midoriya so that he didn’t disappear with One for All, he would like to bring his “one step forward, two steps back” friendship with Bakugo, and he would like to bring every one of his classmates so they could face the new world together.

The blue fish he was watching emerges from its hiding spot and swims closer to the tall glass of the aquarium, as Shouto hears some sort of rustling next to him. This time he doesn’t jump in fright.
“What, not gonna jump and scream?” Touya mocks.
“Getting used to it, I suppose.”
The silence sits heavy between them, as neither of them really knows what to say until Touya breaks it.
“That’s funny,” he scoffs. “I used to come here too, a long time ago.”—
Or, Touya and Shouto get one last chance to bond. It’s a little bittersweet, but it’s what they needed.
