    Link had just saved Hyrule from Ganondorf, he was told to rest. He didn't know how or what that really was. He half expected to die going against the man corrupted by his lust for power. Something in him knew it wouldn't take long before things would descend again. He could never relax. Zelda was the only one that could ease him by helping him keep busy. He wasn't her personal knight anymore. Not bound by order anymore but bound by his own refusal to live a life outside of service.
    Even if he couldn't get a certain red Zora out of his head. Sent him letters of his daily duties and Sidon would send his own letters back (all of which are full of the Zora prince's enthusiasm). But outside of that, Link never addresses what he wants. He's not allowed to want, he's never allowed himself to want, to need, to demand, to be human.
    He's always poised to be ready for the next battle.
    The next puzzle.
    The next time he needs to lay his life down.
    It comes as he expects, takes everything from him once more.
    But this time....he doesn't expect the crushing weight of.....all of it.
