Summary
Morale has kind of always been a problem for Fizzle, and Rays starting to realize he might never have been any good at it. Ice sculptures, partys, free fizzle... he's tried everything and nothing's worked. But now, trying to keep things at the office from getting any worse is about all he can do for anyone.
Maybe, just maybe... he could try... holding himself accountable? To the people who work for him??
It's not like he has much left to lose. Even if facing up to the cofounder he's failed more then maybe anyone else in fizzle is a little. Scary. There's some things he still needs to say.
And he might be all out of chances.
This fic is set in the last half of the game, specifically from after the dungeon unlocked by getting all the relics. It is also about, and from the perspective of, Ray.
