    In the future, Charles Xavier’s power and influence have grown enough for him to be viewed as a threat to non-mutants, in spite of his pacifist ways. Unfortunately for them, Charles is untouchable—if his impressive powers weren’t enough, he’s got a loyal army and family that would die to defend him.

    One of his fiercest opponents, William Stryker, chooses to attack him in the past when he’s at his most vulnerable, after the events of Cuba. Charles’s son, Joel, goes back in time to prevent the assassination.
