He was almost more integral to Seungmin’s group of friends than Seungmin himself, but they’d never met directly, and that bothered Seungmin.
He wasn’t a jealous person. He just didn’t like change. At least not where it mattered, with the people closest to him. He was happy with his group of six friends. It didn’t need to be seven. And, honestly, there was no way Changbin was as great as everyone said he was.
If gossip was to be believed, he was built like a Greek god, more stable than a stone statue, and had a magnetic personality to match. He was funny, outgoing, and LOUD. Almost the polar opposite of Seungmin, except for their surprisingly similar taste in friends, and that was the real problem. They were a venn diagram, two perfect circles overlapping in every way but one, and Seungmin already knew his circle wasn’t budging.
“Stop pouting,” Felix chastised. “You’re gonna love him! Everybody loves Changbin!”
OR
Five times Seungmin said he didn't want Changbin and then one time he finally did.

Jisung turns his head to give Minho an angry squint. “I feel like you’re trying to trick me. I don’t know how, or for what reason, but you are.”
Minho isn’t looking at him anymore, scrolling on his phone, gracing Jisung with his ridiculous side profile. “I would never trick you,” he says, voice as flat as the plains of Colorado.
“That sounds like something someone who’s trying to trick me would say.”
“Jisung.”
“What.”
“Come here.” He clicks his phone off and sets it on the nightstand between their beds, then pats his thigh.
“What?” Jisung short circuits for a moment. Minho wants him to… what? Sit on his thigh? Isn’t that a little forward? That has to be skipping at least ten steps. They’ve only known each other for, like, less than 72 hours. And a majority of that was spent antagonizing one another.
“I said come here.” And he pats his thigh again as if that’s a completely normal thing to do.

Jeongin freezes. He stares at Felix’s face longer than he thinks anyone could go without blinking. That pretty, freckled, sharp yet delicate face is almost angelic. His heart suddenly starts pounding hard, and he swallows thickly.
“You’re gonna teach me?”
“I am.”
“To have sex with a girl?”
“Yes.”
“But you’ve never had sex with a girl", Jeongin points out the obvious.
“You're right", Felix sighs, twirling a lock of his damp blond hair between his fingers. “But I can be your girl, if you want.”

"Who are you writing all of these love songs about?"
The question is asked in the recording booth before every comeback. Sometimes it's the sound engineer with a laugh. Once it was an intern who had to forward the lyrics to the higher-ups. It's very often Changbin who drops it like a passing joke, just happy enough to have some lyrics on paper before a deadline. And it's almost always Chan, whose eyes light up and dim just as quickly when Jisung shrugs his shoulders, mutters about it being about a friend they hadn't met or about the leads from a drama he was watching.
But when Minho stays in the studio long after he was needed, melts into the hoodie Jisung could swear he had been wearing for the past four days and asks the question as though he were asking about the weather, the very walls of the recording booth begin to shatter.
