    They do this regularly, but it’s a marvelous sight every time, and it makes Romania’s heart beat faster seeing Bulgaria like this. So vulnerable before him, and getting off on it in the same way that he is getting off on doing whatever he wants with Bulgaria. They’re a perfect match in that way. Romania doesn’t like being questioned when he has a plan, and Bulgaria loves handing over all control.

    Or, whenever Romania gets an idea there’s no one more eager to indulge him than Bulgaria.
