Summary
Now, in college, they tend to hear the same things they heard their entire childhood repeated over and over again. Friends saying they’re perfect for each other and presuming they’re courting one another. Then, moments later, immediately taking it back when they learn both Seungmin and Jeongin are omegas.
Frankly, it’s annoying and when outright asked, Jisung will speak for them, awkwardly laughing it off as he says, “We’re just good friends.”
‘Good friends my ass’, Seungmin and Jeongin think.
OR Seungmin and Jeongin struggle to find a way to tell Jisung they like him while also dealing with Jisung's stupid classmate who can't get a hint.

“Hi, we’re going on a road trip,” Jeongin announces, then fishes car keys from his pocket and dangles them in Seungmin’s face.
“What the fuck are you talking about?” Seungmin blurts out. “It’s your wedding day.”
Jeongin lowers the keys and gives Seungmin a bemused look. “My wedding is tomorrow. Are you still drunk?”
“We didn’t drink anything yesterday. Are you drunk?” Seungmin counters.
“You took, like, twenty shots last night. Don’t you remember?”
“Do you have brain damage? It’s your wedding day. Look—” Seungmin retrieves his phone from his pajama pocket and peers down at the screen as it lights up. “See? It’s September twenty…”
Seungmin feels the blood drain from his face as he sees “Friday, September 19” displayed on his screen. It is yesterday. Or yesterday is today. Yesterday was Friday, but today is Friday too.
Seungmin is reliving the same exact morning as the day before, down to the stubborn hangover and the surprise road trip. How is that even possible?

Ten days into his summer break, Jisung caves and digs out ye olde notebook full of his horrible, lovelorn teenage poetry. It’s the middle of the night and he can’t sleep, too busy wondering if it’d be grossly inappropriate to sneak into Chan’s bedroom and ask him to make sweet love until dawn. The answer, he’s miserably landed on, is yes. It would.
He may not be able to live out his wildest fantasies or satiate his undying ardour tonight, but he can make a note of them at least. Which he does so now, pen to paper, teeth to mouth as he cerebrates over the exact wording.
Lust and love revived
I want to sit on his face
Please like me back, ChanNot quite a sonnet, but at least it captures the gist of it.

“That means I don't annoy you.”
Jeongin shoves the plate of kimchi forward, all neatly cut. “No, you do.”
“Okay.” Seungmin takes a bite of the beef, then covers his mouth with his hand. “That means you want me to stop right?”
No, Jeongin says in his head.
“Yeah,” he says out loud.
None of this is serious. Otherwise, Seungmin's eyes wouldn't be crinkling with a glint of joy. Otherwise, the steam from the seolleongtang wouldn't be the only reason Jeongin feels like he's suffocating. Tomorrow, the day after, the week after, months and years; Seungmin will circle around him like a bored puppy. Nothing will change.
But Seungmin takes his word, and nothing makes sense anymore.
