Summary
Lavi is reborn into the world of the Avengers as the star child of Tony and Pepper. His scars are healed, but the dual stigmas of his Crystal-type Innocence are still traced over his wrists. He believes he alone has received this second chance at life until he encounters his fellow Exorcist Kanda Yuu on the streets of New York and drags him back to the Tower with renewed hope in his heart to have his family from his previous life together again.
But Lavi's scars that aren't physical haven't fully healed, and the other reborn Excorists aren't faring much better. They need the support of each other and of their allies in this new world if they are to recover. And some of the Exorcists face more danger in the situations they find themselves in than others.

Summary
The Zero Requiem was successful. Emperess Nunnally lived long and her reign was prosperous. Peace was maintained for a century after her brother passed on.
But Suzaku and C.C. had made a pact following the Requiem, full of regrets and loss, and C.C. bids her time through the years until she can fulfill her end of the deal. When a young reborn Suzaku, with no memories of his past life, is made Zero and a new emperor arises, it seems the time has come for C.C. to make her move.

Summary
The first official political overture the small desert nation of Xerxes makes towards Amestris in over fifty years happens a year after the end of the Ishvalan Civil War. Though it is expected to concern Ishval, and the border between Amestris and Xerxes, or perhaps Amestrian use of Alchemy in the war, is has nothing to do with the bloody conflict, or it's relation to Xerxes' rich history with alchemy.
It is a simple, polite appeal to the Amestrian Government – an invitation for an Amestrian automail mechanic to join the Xerxesian court.
