I decided to try and hit all the prompts in one story! Thanks to sculybeane for reading this over. She's one of the many friends SG-1 has brought into my life.
It’s hard to believe it’s been 25 years since Stargate started, the same amount of time I’ve been a mom. I was lucky to have Showtime when it premiered (it was a gift for my maternity leave) so I was able to start watching at the beginning. I’ve been hooked since. I started writing fanfic over 18 years ago as a mental escape from an unhappy marriage. I kept writing even after the divorce (and I am much happier now). I’ve met so many wonderful friends thanks to Stargate. I’m lucky to be part of this supportive community! Here’s to another 25 (and maybe a new series)!

They’d listened for any sounds that he might be being tortured, but they heard nothing. Sam had concluded their cell must be far underground. It was chilly, but not cold, damp but not wet, and as silent as the proverbial tomb. They hadn’t seen guards since the Colonel had been taken, and no one had brought food, or even water.

However, as much as they don't like each other, both are enamored with a mystery someone they've met on a dating app who might just be the one. Little do they know that their online soul mate and newfound work enemy are one in the same. As their in person relationship changes and feelings start to develop, will they be able to overcome prejudice, mistrust, and their online selves?
