Summary
“WING!” Jason roared as he pushed himself forward, kicking back imps and mercenaries alike in this free for all war his brother had started.
His brothers grappling line worked in a deadly tandem with his vibroblades, he had never seen his brother fight so brutally, always the placid one, the one to remind them that taking a life was not always necessary. Yet, here he was, taking without mercy or pause.
“Nightwing!” He screamed again as he slid, using his own whipcord to take out the imp that was sneaking up on his brother who had obviously found the bastard that had stabbed Damian.

“Called it!” Jason hollers smugly. “I told you guys Tater-tot wouldn’t be Bruce when he hit puberty. The kid has Talia written all over him.”
Tim snorts. “You just felt threatened by the demon’s genes and didn’t want to lose your ‘I’m taller than you’ card.”
“And look at that, now I won’t.”
“Hey, kiddo, you okay?” Dick asks instead. The version of his brother before him is hardly a kid anymore, looking somewhere between seventeen and eighteen; but that’s still his kid brother, no matter the age. Or universe. "You hurt your head? The batcave is the other way."
“Ah,” Damian says, quietly, as if to himself. He doesn’t spare them a glance as he starts walking towards Batcave entrance. “That’s quite peculiar. I’d have believed for the Detective to be less predictable. Odd.”
Dick’s spine goes rigid.
(Or the one where an older Damian visits them by accident and it had been a long long while since Dick had seen such blank stare in his brother's eyes. He soons finds out they weren't his brother's to begin with.)

Summary
Nightwing drops his weapons and pounds against Superman’s chest with his fists. When he finally stops, Superman pulls the vigilante into a tight hug. The elder Leaguer cards his fingers through Nightwing’s hair. “I've got you,” he promises quietly.
The young hero pulls away just long enough to ask in a strained, desperate voice, “Why is he doing this?”
Dinah lowers her eyes. All she seems to do lately is intrude on Nightwing’s private moments. She slips back out the door, guilty to know just how broken up Nightwing is.
As much as they try to hide it, Dinah sees the strain on Nightwing and Flamebird's relationship lately. How the newest Robin fits in, she's not sure.
