    But yet, it wasn't his time to go yet.

    So his body resists, and he's forced to be a kid again. Even if for just a little while.

    or// Izuku almost dies during the war arc, and one of his quirks involves turning into a kid while his body heals. He doesn't have any memory of his life except for vague flashes- but that really doesn't matter to him when there's so many sad faces in front of him. He just wants them to be happy again.

    He wasn’t even trying to hide that he took it- he literally just saw it in the classroom behind his teacher’s desk, took it, and walked to the forest on campus. He had no real plan, just mindless ambition- maybe.
