________To get a favor out of Suguru Niragi, of all people, required exactly two things, and nothing less.
Firstly, control. Because there was little difference between dealing with Niragi and trying to improvise a game with a toddler who threw a tantrum the second the story didn’t go the way they wanted. Everything had to be on his terms and his rules.
Secondly, money. Not because he was exactly wealthy. In fact, if anyone bothered to check closely, they’d realize Niragi was only partially better off than broke. But in a place like Japan, especially after everything that had happened. Cash was closer to buried treasure than currency. People didn’t refuse it. Niragi certainly didn’t.
And unfortunately for Arisu, he currently had a situation which presented neither.

Summary
It's been about a year since the asteroid incident. Niragi finds himself once again in Chishiya's pool, arms draped over the edge, lost in thought.
Everyone else has already drifted back into their own lives, still haunted by relentless nightmares. That wide-eyed guy, Arisu, tried to bring the survivors together—tried to form some kind of support group, but it never really worked.
“You planning to get struck by lightning, or is this a spiritual cleanse?” Niragi doesn't respond, just looks up at the late night sky, not as twitchy, not as explosive.
“You keep showing up here like this.”
This time, Niragi looks at him “Maybe I’m waiting for someone to kick me out.” -

Niragi's breath came in ragged gasps, hot against Chishiya's skin, his wrists bound tightly in unforgiving restraints.

I wrote the overall idea in class out of spite and hatred for my teacher.
______________________Niragi chuckled, a harsh, grating sound devoid of humor. "Scared, are we, you spineless wonder?" he taunted, pressing the gun harder, relishing the slight tremor that betrayed Chishiya's carefully constructed facade. But Chishiya, meeting his gaze with unnerving stillness, countered with a withering barb of his own.
"At least I don't derive pleasure from the pathetic spectacle of violence," he stated, his voice a calm, measured rebuke that sliced through Niragi's bravado like a honed blade.

The beach is alive with the pulsating rhythm of the music, the bass loud as ever, away from the chaotic energy of the party. The air is thick with the scent of saltwater, sunscreen, or maybe Chishiya switched shampoos
Chishiya's movements are deliberate and calculated as he pushes Niragi onto the mattress, his eyes never leaving Niragi's face. Niragi's hand instinctively tangles into Chishiya's hair, gripping tightly as a reflexive gesture. Chishiya doesn't react, his expression remaining neutral despite the slight tug on his scalp.
