“That depends,” he says, moving a pawn of his own. “I’ve always heard you can go years in that place without knowing the guy in the next office – codes on every door, aliases, covers. I used to do psych evals for his unit, and I never met you, so I assume you never worked for him directly.”In which the team falls a little bit in love with Emily, and she falls a little bit in love with them. (Friendship, mainly, with eventual Hotchniss in the final chapter.)
