"I didn't know what else to do. I think Cross may have finally lost his mind."
Kanda knew of the man. He doubted the man's lack of brain presence was a recent development. Allen continued at Kanda's silence.

Summary
The Order knows her as a ghost scribe. The Science Division calls her a myth ink. To most, she's just a name on old parchment—if they remember her at all.
Meant to stay forgotten. A footnote in someone else's war.
Then, came a boy who wasn't supposed to ask questions. A Bookman-in-training who should've written her out. But instead... stayed.
Mischa Heaven was the story no one dared to read.
And he…was the one fool who turned the pages. Now echoes stir in the Order's walls. Blood sings in the margins. A forgotten covenant and a girl who was never meant to be remembered might be the one story they can't afford to erase.
This is a tale of memory, myth, ink and the fragile ache of almost and might-have-beens.
Read at your own risk.
But if you do—please remember her right.Bookmarked by Kalciony

Summary
The one thing he hadn’t lost was his appetite. His memories might be petals on the wind never to be seen again, and his name might be lost forever, but his appetite was still strong.
Anita is happy to drag him to each stall in the market, speaking in her native tongue so confidently and swiftly that he only catches key phrases. She walks away with something she calls tanghulu and her face brightens when he tries a bite and makes a delighted noise.
It reminds him of—
(“It’s called tanghulu, Allen! Here, try some!” Lenalee says, thrusting a skewer of caramelized sugar and fruit in his face. This was days before everything fell apart.)
—nothing.
His Innocence isn't the only thing destroyed when Tyki attacks him in China. His memories are in shreds too. Just when he thinks everything he's lost will be gone forever, he catches a glimpse of someone Auntie Anita calls an Exorcist.
