Post 3x13
Months after the veil Nancy has isolated herself from her friends and more specifically from Ace. She memorized all of Temperance’s books, scrolls and letters, searching for anything that could help her break the curse.
With only a footnote of a footnote to go on, she finds hope in something called a ‘curse catcher.’ This curse catcher can trap the cursed moth. To finally be free of Temperance, she will have to not only face off against friends, but will have to be on the receiving end of other nefarious curses that are attracted to the curse catcher. Will she be able to survive? Will she be able to protect her friends? Things are never easy for Nancy and the Drew Crew, but they’re always worth it.
Note: This is not a new fic, but made a few edits in the fic and updated the above summary. Also, the explicit scene is only in the last chapter of the fic, and is probably a T rating everywhere else.

She’d be lying if she didn’t admit there had been a not-so-tiny, secret part of her that wished her baby could be Ace’s, however likely she figured it would’ve been to ruin their friendship.
“Would this be an outright donation or did you want to be involved in the raising of this child in some way?” Nancy wasn’t actually sure which answer would be easier for her to live with, so she thought it would be wiser to let the person without the unhealthy emotional attachment choose.
Ace finally looked her in the eyes, expression frustratingly unreadable. “It can be whatever you want it to be. I just want to see you smile again.”
Nancy knew what she wanted, but she would never ask for that.

“That’s not an actual question,” Daisy shot back, leaning forward to take her notebook from him.

“I didn’t know I had particular faces for those things.” Nancy murmurs, a slight flush coloring her cheek that is only deepened when Bess chimes in.
“I always thought you had just the one face you make when you’re putting things together, Nancy.” Bess gives a mischievous smile. “How many faces do I have during our mysteries, Ace? As my platanchor, you should know that.”~
