The click and whir was loud in his ears as deft fingers disconnected another switch. Rhys could no longer 'feel' his right arm, knowing that one more press and tug and the whole arm would come away from his shoulder. Why was he letting him do this? Who in their right mind would allow this mad man to have any kind of control over them? Perhaps he wasn't in his right mind. Perhaps Rhys had finally snapped.
