Summary
When university drop-out and general family-disappointment Sirius Black heard his mother is trying to find him a bride at his cousin’s wedding, he devised a plan to escape the clutches of the Black family once and for all.
Only, said plan involved pretending to date one of his best mates. One very male, very busy Remus Lupin.
What Sirius doesn’t quite know is that Remus has carried a torch for him ever since they met on their first day at Hogwarts University. Not that Remus ever planned to tell him that, of course.
Oh, well. It is just a weekend. What could possibly go wrong?

Everyone in the Barrel knows: don't trust upstart crime boss Kaz Brekker. He will break your legs just as fast as he will make you rich.
They are right, of course. But nobody truly knows how that devious mind works. A brave - or foolish - few try to gamble it against his heart.
Even fewer win against those odds.

Summary
After everything went wrong in Novokribirsk, the trip to Ketterdam seemed to be going blessedly uneventfully.
Alina and Mal kept to themselves, keeping a low profile as they pass for unknown survivors. Nina visited Matthias every day and every day he seemed to grow more resentful of her. Kaz, Jesper, and Inej laid low, hatching up a plan to get back to the Crow Club unnoticed by neither the Merchant Council nor Pekka Rollins.
No big revelations, no impossible schemes, no adventures in any way.
Until six idiots bored out of their minds decided they were not cut out to just sitting pretty and waiting. And the rest of the ship would suffer for it.

Summary
When regular men and women started to suddenly develop extraordinary powers, humanity struggled to keep up. The powers allowed these creatures to do as they pleased, to answer to no one. They allowed them to be Epic, yes, but also inhumanely cruel. And, so, nobody dared to fight back.
Nobody with the exception of one group: the Reckoners. A group that has gone beyond dedicating their lives to fight for humanity; they specialize in assassinating Epics. Whenever the Reckoners attack, an Epic dies. And that is the group Clary wants in, for they are the only people that can help her accomplish the one thing she wants to do: kill the Angel.
Only, things are more complicated than Clary could have ever anticipated. In the midst of Epics and assassins, she’ll realize not everything is so black and white. Sometimes, the love between two people can shine brighter than the hatred of many. It can be bigger than revenge, than fear, than indifference.
For love is the most powerful force of all.

Summary
The country of Alicante is defined by its traditions and ceremonies. For centuries, the richest country in the world has built itself on the back of the Law and the Nephilim Customs. But there is one tradition that is the most important of all. The Ascension, the search for the Real Consort, trumps every other ceremony.
For it is not a mere competition to become the second most important person of Alicante. The Ascension is where an entire generation of nephilim nobles meet, to form and break alliances that will define the fate of the world. Prince Jace’s Ascension, however, has already changed that: for the first time in history, Downworlders, as well as Nephilim, are allowed to participate.
And it is up to his prime advisor, Lord Alec Lightwood, to both help the prince to find his bride and forge political alliances with the coming foreign countries. The future rulers of all four Downworlder Countries will be prestige to the event and the time to define the New Era is now.
But could this Ascension offer something even greater than everlasting dynastic power? Could it also offer love?

Summary
When General Imogen of the Shadowhunter Forces is found dead, the country of Alicante is shocked. As he campaigns to come back to the office, Former President Valentine Morgenstern points out the Seelies as responsible for her assassination, calling for a war in response.
Senator Magnus Bane knows war means death to the hundreds of Downworlders who live in the country. He needs to stop Valentine from winning the election, by any means necessary.
However, the Downworlders votes won’t be enough. Magnus needs the Nephilim to vote for him as well. If only he can convince one of the national heroes of the Light Squad to back him up, Magnus just might have a chance to make history and become the first Downworlder President of Alicante.

Summary
Alec has been Magnus Bane’s private driver for three years now. They have the perfect relationship; good-hearted, mutually supportive of each other, and frankly amicable. Maybe too amicable, in fact, considering they have been sleeping together for the better part of those three years.
However, when Alec receives a surprise offer for another job, that perfect relationship crumbles. It turns out that, without the anchors of a professional bond between them, Alec and Magnus are left to face something they had refused to think of before: their feelings.

Summary
A long time ago, King Valentine, of the rich kingdom of Alicante, attacked the southerner kingdoms. He searched for triumph and annihilation, for uniting the realm under his rule and his alone.
Instead of the easy victory, though, the greedy king found defeat and death, for the four kingdoms united for the first time in history, forging the Downworlder Alliance. As a result, the great families of the north were forced to deliver their firstborns to the Kings and Queens of the Downworlder Alliance, and so ensure their fielty and crush any further rebellions before they even sparkled.
Only, boring history lessons had always annoyed the Prince of Darkness and heir to the Kingdom of Edom, Magnus Bane. As the anniversary of his Mark Day arrives and with it the Victory Tournament, he figures the only good thing the Mortal War really brought was his father’s hostage, the quiet Alec Lightwood, eldest son to the once great Lightwoods of Alicante.
Good could become great, though. Magnus needs only figure out a way to get that boy away from the practicing arena and into his bed.
After all, he couldn’t possibly celebrate his day of honor without a suitable gift, could he?
