    Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.

    But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.

    Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.

    Izuku knew he was about to die, what else would explain the fact that he was fully in the void that held all the past users of one for all?

    But yet, it wasn't his time to go yet.

    So his body resists, and he's forced to be a kid again. Even if for just a little while.

    or// Izuku almost dies during the war arc, and one of his quirks involves turning into a kid while his body heals. He doesn't have any memory of his life except for vague flashes- but that really doesn't matter to him when there's so many sad faces in front of him. He just wants them to be happy again.
