Summary
Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup and Bell, three sisters and their cousin, have lived in a tower for as long as they could remember, being raised and cared for by a woman named Sedusa, who in truth, uses all four girls to keep herself young, forbidding them from ever leaving the tower.
Close to their birthday, a young masked thief is separated from his brothers and comrades while being chased by the young captain of the Royal guards, stumbles upon the area their tower stands, leading the thief to meet the imprisoned girls.
This being their chance to leave the tower and experience the outside world, Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup and Bell will soon come to learn the truth that Sedusa hid from them all their life as they meet unexpected friends as they all have a dream they wish would come true.
