Summary
Based on the headcanon that tieflings need extra physical stimulation sometimes to quell their Hellish biology's needs. Tieflings like physical contact a lot and because of their biology are resistant to some types of pain or damage. Their skin is tougher than human skin and tieflings often enjoy intense sensations. As children, this often means extra time wrestling with siblings or getting into sports. As adults, they lean towards acts of daring and danger, taking to the performing arts or the adventuring lifestyle.
Caleb finds that Mollymauk's needs for a kind of mutual, affectionate violence match his own. They agree to let off steam together every now and then.

Summary
Essek has barely begun to cement his place in Caleb’s life when they bring Mollymauk Tealeaf back from the dead. Slowly, the three of them adapt together.
He would have scoffed at this, once upon a time. But now he kisses Caleb with something close to reckless abandon, breaking boundaries between the three of them again as Caleb has Mollymauk pinned to the bed, and Essek is leaning over him to kiss their wizard in question.

The Briarwood Institute sits a top a large hill, surrounded by dense forest, with only one road in or out. This massive, almost castle like, structure houses the realms largest and most well thought of Insane Asylum, which is home to common folk and horrendous war criminals alike. It is a place for rejuvenation, replenishment, and rehabilitation... or so they would like you to think.
