When rookie journalist Rosalie Ames' friends are taken hostage by HYDRA and she's forced into witness protection with the Avengers, Rosalie must grapple with her own inadequacies and insecurities in order to get them back--but the fight isn't as easy as superhero movies make it out to be, and it feels like the only person she can rely on is a former brainwashed super-soldier who seems to linger nearby her. Can she save her friends from HYDRA before they, too, are brainwashed like Bucky was?

Summary
You're [Y/N], a long-time shut-in with a bad tendency of going down rabbit holes. One of your biggest special interests ever since you were a child has been Freddy Fazbear's and its seedy history. Some people consider the stories of murdered children and possessed animatronics to be just that, a story, but you're one of the people that believe them wholeheartedly.
That's it. Finally, a new location, after so many years of just trying to scour already looted abandoned pizzerias. Maybe now, you'll be able to find the answers you seek.
After falling into a ball pit at that very location, you find yourself in the year 1983, where you meet the well-dressed, smooth-talking co-owner of Fredbear's Diner. He seems to mean well and only try to help you. But something's... Off about him. Those grey eyes could pierce through stone, and he always looks like he tries to solve you like a riddle.
You're given a golden opportunity to prevent the murders from occuring to begin with, starting from that first tragic accident that started it all. But it never works out quite so easy, does it? Unfortunately not.

Memory is a funny thing.
When you fell asleep that final night in your apartment you never expected to wake up in a hospital. Let alone, the Avengers personal hospital. The Avengers were supposed to be fictional. Well, at least they were in your world. Where ever you’d been sent, whatever universe you were in now, they were very real. Displaced, and confused as hell, you try and make sense of everything, fit into this new life and eventually, maybe, make it your own.
