Summary
Inspired by the myth of Hades and Persephone.
Malleus is a lesser god and the son of the goddess of harvest, he finds himself trapped in the Underworld, a joyless place he despises with all his heart. Most of all, he despises the cloaked ruler that has taken him from the peaceful world that he knew and loved.
However, as time goes on, Malleus slowly comes to terms with his life, finds admiration and respect for the ruler of the Underworld, and eventually comes to love him.A/N: The OC is based on the nymph called Minthe, who was said to be Hades' lover before Persephone came to the Underworld, and whose wrath turned it into the plant we know today as mint.
