Summary
High in the castle, Dumbledore and Professor Vector speak in tense tones. A new student is arriving. Bound by blood alone to a dark legacy. An unease fills the air between them, and the Sorting is moments away.
"She'll be safest here," Vector insists. "Far from Durmstrang. And under our guidance."
Dumbledore yields, but worry stirs beneath his calm. Her name had been whispered at Durmstrang. How had it escaped his notice?
Now, under Hogwarts ancient gaze, the pieces shift again. A girl steps from the train: reserved, sharp-eyed, her past a tangled web of silence and study. Obsessed with runes, untouched by the ideology of her lineage, she seeks knowledge, not power. But names carry weight, and hers is a name that once darkened the world.
When the Sorting Hat lowers over her, the hall will fall silent. Questions will rise. And somewhere in the shadows, old games begin anew.
