The problem, Hans thinks, is that you can’t unfuck your best friend.
He wishes he could. He wishes it more than he’s ever wished for anything, except, perhaps, to have fucked him in the first place. That he wished for a lot harder.He thought Henry was going to die. And he thought that if Henry died, he would die, too, and then he’d thought he’d either die heartbroken, which would make it easier, or a sodomite, which would make it righteous, so he might as well kiss the only person he’s ever truly loved before getting skewered with a sword.
Except then they lived.
Now he has to live with it.

Summary
Radzig Kobyla assigns one of his squadrons to the city of Rattay, including his legitimized son, Sir Henry Kobyla, where he is quickly given the role to guard and protect its heir, Hans Capon, as Rattay and its neighboring towns become the focal point of Sigismund’s destructive forces again.
Henry is widely known as a fierce warrior, and lending hand to any in need. A knight through and through to all who have met him. Hanush of Leipa is thrilled to have his presence in Rattay again, let alone in charge of his indolent nephew. His hopes are that Henry’s influence will rub off on his heir. Hans’s hopes is that he will piss Sir Henry off enough that he leaves Rattay within a fortnight.

“Go away!” Henry called out but his voice came out raspy and weak, almost in a whimper as if his body had forgotten how to speak. He quickly grabbed the blanket again, covering his body with it as if it would shield him from Hans if he came in.
“Henry? You never showed up at breakfast, I was hoping to see you off.”
“I—I won’t be heading out today.” Henry called back, his voice a bit stronger now that he had found how to use it again. Another shiver made him shake and he winced it away.
“Is everything alright?”
“Yes!” he called out, falling back into a curled position, a gasp escaping him from another bout of pain that pulsed through him. “I’m fine I swear.”

Henry succumbs to a sudden heat, and Hans reveals himself a fellow Omega and helps him through it.
