Summary
Lois tried to keep her eyes from rolling. This was just her luck. Here she was, thinking finally, being chief stew was bringing in some perks, getting to have a cabin all to herself for the entire charter season. Sure, she could tell the deckies had been working a little extra hard. There’d been some chaos on deck, especially during docking. But could they really not just make it through the season with three deckhands and a bosun? And why does it have to be Lois’ problem that the new deckhand needs a place to sleep? What kind of yacht has the chief stew bunking with a junior deckhand, anyway?
Or, an alternate universe where Lois Lane and Clark Kent meet as members of the crew on a charter yacht and have to share a cabin together. How long will Lois stay annoyed at how much room Clark takes up in their tiny cabin before she thinks of something more useful for him to do?
