Haruno Sakura has a problem.
Her new team sucks, her sensei's a freak who keeps bullying her and the rest of her team, and no one will tell her why her 'research' (hero worship) regarding the Nindaime is wrong. Also animating corpses is apparently illegal?
In which Haruno Sakura accidentally summons Tobirama Senju after trying to test out a chakra theory he had written down in his forbidden jutsu. Too bad for her and everyone around her, she just got herself a new ghostly sensei.
In which Hatake Kakashi thinks his little pink genin is too cute and so silly, especially every single time she shrieks when he catches her reading forbidden, stolen, and illegal research papers from the Second Hokage.
In which Uchiha Sasuke wished he had failed the academy rather than dealing with the rest of his teammates. Seriously. Are special jounin supposed to act like this? Screw being better than Itachi, he was going to kill that silver haired bastard.
In which Uzumaki Naruto has no clue what's going on, but he'll do his best to drag his team together. More specifically, his routine of going to the Hokage tower to burn Sakura's resignation letter every week.

It takes a series of reoccurring events to painfully realize where exactly her place in this village lies. Power drives the people in her life, but power is nothing without peace. And above all, Sakura wants peace. And she's willing to do whatever it takes to get it, even if she has to destroy the things that stand in her way.
They say every flower blooms best under careful nurturing and sunlight. Well Sakura gets neither, and she's going to be *great*.

“Did you drive here?” Shauna asks. This feels promising, not quite so bitter and shameful as last time. Jackie doesn’t give two shits about Lottie besides being jealous that a girl three months younger than her drives a Sapphire Pearl Lexus. If Lottie decides to follow Shauna to whatever dark corner she needs in order to earn her favor, then this isn’t leverage or revenge, it’s just her. Just Shauna giving herself to someone—selling herself and bartering away what little she has in order to eke out even a speck of what Jackie receives in droves.
“Yeah but I’m not really good to hop on the freeway right now.” Lottie laughs but she looks a little unnerved that Shauna ‘buckle in’ Shipman would suggest driving under the influence.
“That’s okay.” Shauna says. “I don’t want to go far.”

The hate gets suffocating after a time, threatens to choke her between the silks of her bed and let the meat from her bones rot until she is unrecognizable. Hating the Queen has made Rhaenyra into a different person, more dragon than girl, her skin turning from satin to scales. Hating her half-brother has made her into a tyrant, willing to kill a babe if it meant the threat of disinheritance would disappear.
But hating the Queen’s brother, it has made her so much worse.

Summary
The nations are losing mass numbers of Shinobi daily after a plague outbreak targets the chakra in their systems. This is especially problematic for the Akatsuki, because Deidara's friends are all dead and he's getting bored and restless.
It's problematic for Sakura for moral reasons, but whatever.
He has one suggestion: bring back the disease- and poison-specialist, Sasori Akasuna. Alright, maybe he had some character development when she killed him. She'll bite.
Only, Sasori lost his memory of the second half of the battle, and there's nothing he wants more than for her die by his hand, plague be damned.
It's just his luck - she doesn't back down from challenges.
