Even as Kacchan was looking elsewhere, his face was turned towards Shou-kun, showing that Kacchan was listening to what the little boy was saying. And Shou-kun was very excited about whatever they were talking about, because he was smiling and waving the hand that wasn’t clinging to the back of Kacchan’s neck. At one point, Shou-kun said something that must have been funny, because Kacchan threw his head back and laughed, a wide, sharp grin on his face.
Izuku’s heart skipped a beat.
And as Kacchan turned to look at Izuku, all Izuku could think was that Kacchan looked really good with a kid on his hip and a smile on his face.
