The old castle looks like something out of a fairy tale, with ivy and wisteria climbing freely over the ancient stone walls. It would be a nice place to lay low after a mission gone wrong if only Zemo talked to him, or even just looked his way.
But Zemo doesn’t. He can’t. And Bucky sees the baron wasting away all too clearly in the prison of his own head. If he was merciful, he would grant Zemo his wish. Let him go.
