It’s a purr. Timothy is purring against your chest, the sensation of it echoing throughout your body. It takes everything in you not to coo at the sound of it; Timothy would likely not appreciate that. The two of you lie together in that moment, your fingers in his hair, and the other seeming like he’s about to nod off. It’s like you have all the time in the world.
