The battle on earth is finished! Now it's time to heal and plan my next- what you do mean Frieza's left for Namek already?! Now I have to follow him. I may not have time to plan, but that doesn't mean I don't have a plan! It just.. hinges on convincing Goku's friends that I want to help them find the Dragon Balls...
Hopefully it won't be too difficult. Isn't there an Earth saying about 'my enemies' opponents are my friends'? What will be difficult is trying to get a few of the Dragon Balls out of Frieza's hands!
I would recommend reading the first story in this series for context. This story may be slow to update because I have to re-watch the Namek arc.

It took one year for Raditz to travel to Earth, 20 minutes to land his attack pod and find his brother, and a heartbeat to die by said brother holding him place so he could be shot in the heart.
If my faded memories were more reliable, then perhaps I wouldn't be so stressed out over this first encounter with Kakarot! Hopefully, dealing with that Clown won't actually last half a day. I just have a feeling that.. complications will arrive.
Or, what if Vegeta had a severe head injury like Goku did? Except, Vegeta's injury happened when he was a teenager, and he becomes aware that he has an old soul.
