Louis gives him an appraising look—starting at the soles of his expensive shoes and ending at the top of his head. “Just a drink,” he answers, because he loves this part—the chase. He loves having someone hanging on his every word and if there’s one thing for sure he’ll make somebody work for it. If H isn’t down for that, if he gives up too easily then it wasn’t meant to be anyways. Because that’s the other half of it, Louis also wants someone who will put him in his place.

Summary
After sharing their campus' ice rink for just about two years, Louis Tomlinson and Harry Styles were sworn enemies. Louis hates confrontations and having to deal with people but, seeing as he's the captain of Oxford University's Ice Hockey team, he has to constantly meet the demands of not only his coach and the dean of the university, but he also has to meet Harry's demands since they share the ice together. Harry was the assumed "captain" of Oxford's figure skating club and he complained a lot, more than Louis would have liked him to. If it wasn't one thing, it was another, and Louis' just about had it with him. That is until he and Harry are assigned to work on a mandatory project together where he learns to befriend Harry, to feel sorry for him, and to feel compelled to help him.
