Summary
Always, when he would be ready to throw in the towel, Sett would appear and enter the ring with him. Maybe once a week, they would get to spar, a higher stakes and more high-octane match than either of them were used to getting. And Draven would always lose.
True to his word, Sett did not go easy on him. When Sett caught up with him, and Draven stared down the barrel of his loss, there was always that secret promise in Sett’s eyes, I’ll give you what you deserve. Draven took the beating like it was his lifeline.
Perhaps Sett understood his need. Perhaps he saw, in Draven’s desperation to shed blood, a penance. Though Sett’s fists were the ones distributing Draven’s punishment, in truth it was self-inflicted.
A newly exiled Draven stumbles into Ionia looking to get himself hurt.
Luckily for him, Sett is well practiced at both the hurting and the soothing.
