Kaeya never dreamed that a simple mission of taking out a Fatui base could go so incredibly wrong.
After an unfortunate accident, Kaeya becomes a child, slowly losing his memories of his estranged brother and home. Diluc is determined to do whatever is necessary to get his bother back, and restore the Cavalry Captain back to his former self.
But will the Fatui's sinister plot be more than either of them or the Knights can handle?

“You’re a friend of god and Abyss alike, dear Traveler.” Kaeya had smirked, his judgmental eye raking the lanky figure up and down, lingering on the Hydro Vision and Electro Delusion. “I look forward to seeing what you can do, Childe. Hopefully a few Rift Hounds won’t prove to be too much trouble for you.”
The Harbinger’s eyes had searched just as hard, lingering on the stars littered about the Cryo allogene’s legs and chest. Staring at the swell of biceps that tugged at Kaeya’s sleeve as he crossed his arms.
“I’m sure I can manage, comrade.” Straight, pearly teeth flashed at him, like a beast craving blood behind a man’s smiling lips.

Jean received the news that Cavalry Captain and Quartermaster Kaeya Alberich was found approximately seventy-two hours after he was declared missing by the Reconnaissance Captain Spindrift Knight Eula Lawerance and the Outrider Amber. The letter that contained the news was slightly crumpled in the corner, though now it sat pristinely at the very front and center of the Grand Master’s desk, from the anemo allogene’s desperately eager grip.
The words, only contained within two meager sentences, were etched into her brain.
He has been recovered alive. Prepare healers he is in poor condition.
