One: her phone briefly flashed a message alerting her that her battery was low before shutting down completely, leaving her staring at her own disappointed reflection in the blackness of the screen.
Two: before she could even register the wave of frustration that crashed through her nervous system, a scream coming from the water made her snap up so fast she could have broken her neck.

Pomu was starting to regret agreeing with Finana about being okay with rooming with someone the mermaid knew.
