Set immediately after CACW and goes from there. Primarily based in Wakanda but NY shows up, too. Since we're talking Winter Soldier hx and the Bucky Recovery Project there is some rough stuff (specific warnings in each chapter note and there will be markers in text for those wanting to avoid explicitness of any kind)...but overall it's facing hard things in a soft way. Mostly friendly, I promise :-)
