Izuku Midoriya was a quirkless nobody. At least, that's what everybody thought. In truth, he was one of the most feared and admired villains in Japan, and it all could have been avoided if All Might wasn't quirk-ist. Well, how the tables have turned.

They call him Glitch, he's the fastest and most well-known hackers in the world. He's recently taken over the Japanese underground as a villain. He kills those who have wronged him, or just people who others want dead. If you underestimate him, you're dead on the spot. He may look small and frail, but don't let that fool you, he's also extremely capable with a vast array of weaponry.
They also say he's quirkless. He harms those who harm the quirkless.

You can't be a hero, they said
you're useless, they said
when one is pushed down all their life, the logical course of action would be to give up. And Izuku was so god damn close to doing so. But he didn't. For better or worse (worse, a lot might say, and Izuku might even agree, thought he could never quite bring himself to regret it) his life changed.
So, Izuku looked back to all the people who told him he was useless, to the fate that seemed to agree that he would never be a hero.

Izuku's mother side of the family has an interesting history.
_On a journey to prove that he can be a hero even if he's quirkless, Izuku Midoriya—now known as Izuku Kamado after taking his mother's family name has to face many challenges as a demon slayer and a hero-in-training.
From being haunted with the burdens of the past to forming friendships, mending broken ties and finding his way back into the arms of a love from once upon a time, to making sure he doesn't lose anymore people dear to him.
Along with the threat of history from long ago might come to greet them once more, Izuku will have to truly step up to fight for the duty that comes with wielding a Nichirin blade alongside his cousins.
Like the warriors from many years ago, fight and win or die trying.

Summary
Possessed by a mixture of devastation, existing mental health issues, and desperate stress, Izuku makes a terrible mistake. He survived his suicide attempt, and he's genuinely glad for the second chance, but sometimes living is harder than letting go. As for what gave him the second chance... well, he's not entirely sure what to think of that either. With new hope and shattered world views, he continues down the path he originally chose, though this time without the wide-eyed wonder he once held for the world. He enters UA to become a hero, because if he can't believe in the ones he used to love, he can at least make himself into the hero he needs.
