“Good evening my gentlemen.” Gao Tu bowed along with his colleagues. “If you would follow us to your table.” The group of staff was walking ahead of the group but let them enter the big room first.
“We'll be serving you tonight. If you have any wishes, might it be drinks or music, just let us know. Or if you'd like to have a personal waiter for tonight.” Gao Tu wanted to puke at the flirty tone of his colleague but it seemed to work. One of the older alphas already called one of the omegas to his side, while the others were still busy getting seated.

Tired but concerned, Gao Tu dragged himself out of bed and as soon as he opened the bedroom door, the confusion just increased. He heard…was that music? He followed the quiet tones, it sounded very much like a meditation playlist? Maybe the Alpha couldn't actually sleep… Weren't his calming pheromones helping? Or were they not enough? A small pit formed in Gao Tu's heart. Maybe he should mention this to his doctor. If his pheromones had no impact on his Alpha anymore–
