Summary
This is a fic where Penelope uses Lady Whistledown as her serial killer name to blackmail men of the Ton into making their dark secrets known unless they pay a certain amount of money. This is how she manages to keep her family from ruin after her father's death.
Colin is a murderer but he keeps it a secret and only shows his real self when he travels. The only person who can see right through him is Penelope and he is oblivious to it.
