    Caitlyn takes a deep breath and lets her forehead rest on the wall besides the door. The knob is loose. This is not the time to be thinking about that. She can't imagine the field day her grief counselor would have if she told them. And that's before she considers their fathers and what in gods name the rest of the department would think. Which is all fine and good and not her problem because this cannot be happening. And even if it was for her, she's the one who's lost her mind. Not Vi. Vi has spent so long trying to convince the system she's crazy so she can go into the special penitentiary with her sister that Caitlyn is very certain Vi is sane. And sane people do not develop feelings for people who met like they did. Who have the history they do. She just won't think about what is happening on the other side of the door and everything will be fine.

    Fifteen years after a battle that left Runeterra without a queen, the world has become a dark place with power struggles in every corner of the realm; and there is little the queen's heir, Caitlyn, thought she could do about it. When darkness catches up with her, however, she must face up to her insecurities and rise to the evil that threatens her kingdom.
