   Summary

   Shadow will do all he can to hold and support Sonic when his faith in the world he loves is beginning to falter, but there are days where even Shadow himself feels like it's too hard and painful to go on.

   And on those days, Sonic and his other selves return the favor to him, and it doesn't matter how or why. They knew; Sonic never needed a reason to help a loved one in return.
