“여보” Felix mutters, almost absentmindedly and Hyunjin sobers up instantly, his heart a twisted, aching thing in his chest.
Sweetheart- he hasn’t called Hyunjin that in almost a few months now.
“What happened?” Felix asks, hesitating for a second as his eyes flit about the room instead of staying on Hyunjin, “I know… I know things have not been good for a while now, but something particularly bad seems to have happened and just- will you please tell me?”
Hyunjin almost doesn’t tell him; he almost asks Felix to get out of his room, almost says that he does not even have the right to stand in front of him, let alone ask him questions. But his own heart would betray him, as would the drawer full of Felix’s belongings in his wardrobe that Hyunjin has yet to empty out and the chock full of sketches as evidence of how every moment that they have spent apart, Hyunjin has spent thinking of Felix.
in which hyunjin and felix find their way back to each other again, with the help of a whole village.
