Summary
"How do you know someone got into your apartment, jagiya?" Minho asked softly, his fingers brushing through Jisung's hair in a steady, absentminded motion, the purring picking up again. Jisung felt Minho's claws lightly scratch against his scalp and instead of tensing up, the opposite happened.
"There was a box on the coffee table," Jisung repeated, his eyes still fixed on the kitchen. "No scent. Just yours from last night."
"You threw it away?" Minho continued, his fingers pausing in Jisung's hair for a moment before falling back into the same steady rhythm.
"Yes, in the trash can."Or: If the small dead animals Jisung had been finding on his doorstep for months are anything to go by, he has a stalker. It never crossed his mind that they might be coming from Minho who's trying to court him.

Summary
“For a moment, I really thought you forgot to tell me that you and Minho hyung were together.” Felix said after a moment of silence and Jisung stumbled in his steps.
“Together?” He asked, his gaze fixed on the ground, and Felix raised an eyebrow at his reaction.
“Yeah, together. Mated.”Mated. The word was enough to make Jisung blush and pale at the same time.
“We’re not.” He said, the words as sharp as a knife blade on his tongue - if Jisung kept them in his mouth too long, blood would start running down his jaw until it pooled on the floor.
Or: Jisung and Minho are True Mates, and that wouldn't be a problem, if it weren't for the silly, tiny line in their contract that specifies they're not allowed to have mates.

Summary
"I used to be an idol." And at Jisung’s silent surprise, he went on. "Not from your generation. I debuted at seventeen, you might not even have been born yet." And if that wasn’t the perfect reminder for Jisung to not forget that Minho was, in fact, much older than him. Eighteen years.
"You said used to—what happened?" Jisung asked, because even though he knew an idol’s career had a limited lifespan—and that most careers peaked and declined after military service—Minho was still handsome enough to have successfully redirected his career if age had really been the problem. Minho could have easily become an actor, or at least a model.
"Ah, I got injured." Minho replied with a faint smile, and under the table, Jisung could tell he was gently tapping his left knee. "A fractured kneecap.”Jisung pressed his lips together, hoping Minho couldn’t read pity in his eyes. Because that wasn’t what he wanted to give him. Compassion, yes—but not pity.
Or: Through a series of events, Jisung finds refuge for a weekend in Minho's house, a former idol who revels in mountains' solitude. Together, they learn to not be alone anymore.
