"Farm shuts his eyes for a second, trying to fight the urge of giving into the boy in front of him. His voice is low, calm and collected when he speaks, 'Van, I think you should ask J and Jinn if you can sleep over at theirs tonight. I don’t think we should go home together.'
Panic makes itself obvious on Van’s face.
'Are you… are you breaking up with me?' The tears finally start welling in his eyes.
'Van… I can’t let you keep walking all over me like this.'
'Wait, no, Farm! I’m seriously so sorry, please don’t-'
'Van! Please… just go. We’ll talk later.'
Van is left standing there, alone, drunk, confused and heartbroken."
