She wasn't born the same year a little boy with swirls on his cheeks and fire in his belly lost everything.
She wasn’t the playmate of a blond with a father who could warp minds, or the admirer of a boy who become a nightmare she couldn't stop returning to, hoping for a restful night.
Sakura Haruno was a little girl born in the midst of the Second Great Shinobi War, seven years after the trio who would later become one of Konoha's greatest legends.
Not time travel, just a look at how different everything may have been if one kid happened to be born in a different generation.
How many lives could have been spared by one little girl and her vendetta against the whole damn world.
In this story, I’m saying the Sannin are 10 years older (in canon closer to 16 but ignore that) than Minato’s generation. This puts Sakura as 3 years older than Minato. The mission that kills Dan hasn’t happened yet and Orochimaru hasn’t started working with Danzo. (Everyone lives, no one dies, because I'm the author with supreme power and can do what I want)

Summary
Haruno Sakura is 5 years old when she attends a combined council meeting with her grandmother, the matriarch of the Merchant Haruno Clan and her mother. She is bored out of her mind, having already predicted half of these conversations and arguments when her eyes drift toward the Hokage monument. Looking upon the four stone male faces, a foreign feeling of desire burns in her gut.
Sakura doesn’t want to become the next matriarch after her mother. No… she wants something money cannot buy (at the moment). She wants strength. She wants to be the first-ever female Hokage.

Sakura decides to become a Hokage as a child, and her rich family is determined to help her.
