Summary
V has settled into her new role at the helm of the Afterlife, and she’s finding her transition to living legend more draining than she could have ever dreamed. Her friends have taken a backseat as she tries and sorts her head out until she can't put off reunions any longer. She's eager to invite Vik to the Afterlife for drinks to let him glimpse into her world now that she has newfound time to reclaim her agency.
Viktor refuses to believe his reputation in Night City precedes him. Any limits he sets in his clinic between him and his patients are ones self-imposed, whereas the only duty of care V has sitting in Rogue's booth is to herself.
Gradual reckoning of feelings from an initial rejection before the relic, onward to acceptance after The Sun/Don't Fear the Reaper, eventually leading to V's bed.
