Summary
Sometimes Sua was more forthcoming. More dominant. It was never bad, always gentle, cradling, so careful Mizi thought she might break. It wasn’t bad. The thoughts were fine, a normal by-product of typical intimacy. When Sua touched her she was engulfed. Each string of her body swept up, unraveled, tied tightly and pulled apart.
No graphic depictions of sex, (barely any actually) but they are technically having sex during this fic jsyk

Summary
Xingqiu feels a wall between him, himself, and the plate of food staring him in his eyes. Chongyun tries to help him, lovingly guiding his hand to the plate. An act of love Xingqiu views as entirely unneeded. He’s fine. He just needs to take his meds.
Aka my attempt to illustrate the interplay between food, mental illness, and the perception of the self.

Summary
Xingqiu’s face was red, he was sure. If he could look in a mirror at this moment he would certainly be fussing over his messy outfit, and the strands of hair that stood at an awkward angle on top of his choppy and uneven haircut. He was undeniably ugly. But for once he didn’t care.
“Of course you’re my best friend Xingqiu,” Chongyun sighed, eyes strained, dark circles visible underneath. Xingqiu found him beautiful. “But so is Xiao. So is Freminet. I have other friends, just like you, I need to have that for myself. You’re my best friend Xingqiu, but I’m also my own person,” Chongyun finished, his icy eyes carefully monitoring Xingqiu’s reaction.
A painful, solid lump formed in Xingqiu’s throat. He wasn’t crying, but that somehow made it worse. It wasn’t a sudden stab, but the final twist of a knife already deeply launched between his heart and brain.
In which Xingqiu is a jealous friend.
