Summary
Batman and Joker, or Bruce and J., have been dancing their new dance of domestic life for about ten years.
For the past year or so, Bruce, Alfred, Harley, Pamela, and Joker himself have been helping create new medication that can aid Joker's mental state and his physical state. He's been suffering chronic pain ever since the chemical fall, and from years of fighting and doing whatever the fuck he wants with his body, and even from a few years of vigilanteism side-by-side with dear Bats.
They have been working well. Maybe a little too well. His body is working in ways they all had been convinced it never could post-fall.
So yeah, Joker may or may not be growing a little bean of life in his weird clown-y body.
This might just be the biggest joke or the biggest change to Joker and Bruce's lives yet.
Though they've both been through a fuck of a lot, together, on their own, and at the hands of the other.
