Summary
The summer of 2071 was a time filled with tension and uncertainty. It looked like the second Quirk War would kick off at any time and people with powerful quirks, heroes, and civilians alike, were being drafted into the military. A villain attacks downtown Tokyo while the man who would become All For One is getting groceries for himself and his fiance. None of the local heroes are strong enough to stop the giant villain.
