Summary
A thousand years ago, Pokémon awoke to an abandoned world of wonder and mystery, without Gods or knowledge of the past to guide them. In the present, the Guild struggles to maintain the uneasy peace in the face of growing crisis. Through it all, Dusk just wants to find a place he and his friends can call home.
But when a forbidden excursion into a mystery dungeon goes awry, the zoroark is forced to question everything Pokémon thought true about the world – including himself. The only answers lie in the past, but finding them is an impossibility – the Gods and humanity are dead, after all.

Malefor has been defeated. The Gods, having awakened from their millenium-long slumber, Restructure the world with the help of Spyro, Cynder and their friends. Peace has settled across the Dragon Realms, and the future is brighter than ever before. It doesn't last for long. An ancient force, never thought to have been more than a rumor, shrouds the Realm in a blanket of impenetrable darkness. Its intent? The complete destruction of the world. As they say, hope comes in the darkest of times to light the path before us. This time, all the hope of Dragonkind may not be enough.
