Summary
In a heat-of-the-moment decision, Ralsei pursues the knight before it leaves the Flower Kingdom with Asgore. He and Susie manage to take it down- for good.
December Holiday is now VERY dead, and whatever substance was making her less dead than ‘entirely’ latches onto Ralsei. He’s fine, though.
Ralsei inherits the Knight’s ability to retain its form in the Light World, letting him go there. Susie, unaware of what she’s done, has lots of time to show Ralsei around, go on secret dates with Noelle and deflect concerns about her home life now that the Prophecy’s been broken. Kris must try to find closure, and deal with their messy disentanglement from Carol’s plot to resurrect her daughter at the cost of the world.
For better and for worse, the world is saved before the prophesied darkest hour could ever come to pass.

Summary
Rudy has fallen down. He has precious few hours left, which means it's now or never for Kris and Carol to enact their plan. Kris must juggle their relationships, their conspiracy with the Knight, the Prophecy, and their own well-being. Ultimately, they will have to decide which of these they value most.
The Soul desperately wants to know what's going on, and has to choose between protecting Kris, or trusting them. They are not pleased with this choice.Reading the previous fic is NOT required, but doing so will add some context and flavor to certain scenes.
